The approach

Location was important to us. If you draw a cross between Toulouse, Montauban, Agen and Auch, the point where the lines intersect is almost exactly where the house stands. Each city is within easy reach, while Toulouse Airport is just 50 minutes away.
The almost 360-degree views create a wonderful sense of openness and tranquillity.
The layout offers great flexibility, allowing the house to be divided into two independent living spaces. It works equally well as a family home, a chambre d'hôtes, or for welcoming family and friends while preserving everyone's privacy.
