Marianne Fox operates as an independent real estate agent within the Expert Immo network.

All fees are applied in accordance with the mandate agreed with the client and the fee scale in force at the time of signature.

Property Sales (Vente)

In the case of inter-agency cooperation, the fees applied will never exceed those set out in the current fee scale, nor the amount stated in the sales and/or search mandate signed by the seller.

€171,000 – €400,000 6%

€401,000 – €750,000 5%

Over €751,000 4.5%

Fees are expressed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
